Due to a fire which resulted in damage to all the servers at the Moscow Office of Exchange the acceptance, sorting and processing of all international mail and Colissimo parcels have been subjected to delays. Please expect delays with deliveries from International Warehouse in the upcoming weeks. Meanwhile, please kindly find our new route (Bpost Parcel) into Russia from our Netherlands Warehouse.

Lately our response time has been affected due to an increase in the volume of inquires. To help us provide better customer service to you, it would help if you could follow these guidelines when using our Zendesk system.
1) Try not to send in multiple tickets for the same request, even if there is no response to the initial email. Our staff work in chronological order and will give a response to all our email correspondence. Don’t worry we will get back to you!
2) It would also help if you group all requests into one email so we can work on your requests accordingly. When you send multiple email threads, this significantly slows down our response rate and can lead to some confusion if something is missed.
3) Our system now has more categories on -Question Type- . Please assign a category group to the ticket so they can be directed to the relative agents accordingly
4) For time sensitive issues such as cancellation or modifications to orders, please contact our livechat service for a faster response.

According to our local shipping courier, due to close confinement and custom checks for Lithium product in DE recently, orders from International warehouse to Germany are expected to have a slight delay. We will closely follow up this issue with our shipping partner.
