Can I Deactivate my Account?

Customers have no options to deactivate nor suspend their own accounts from the website. To request deactivation, a customer will have to provide proof of ownership of the account to a Customer Support agent through a Support Ticket or through Live Chat

This includes:

  • Current email address on account
  • Full name
  • Billing address
  • Most recent shipping address

Most of the time, an account may be automatically deactivated due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts.. If this has happened to you, just contact us through the above methods and we will be sure to help you reset your password.
