Why is My Order(s) Placed Around Late 2020 and/or Early-2021 Taking So Long to Arrive?

The worldwide resurgence and mutation of the COVID virus have significantly delayed all parcels, some as much as 40 additional days.

 

Be advised that many couriers are still not entering constant or updated tracking information and logistics updates and instead focusing on making pickups and deliveries. Customs agents in some countries are having parcels handed from one courier to the next without engaging second portion tracking information.


All couriers have suspended guarantees and time requirements for non-essential items/packages until further notice. Express and expedited parcels transport no faster than normally shipped parcels at this time due to random parcel inspections and travel restrictions.


Courier services in most countries have posted that they still are experiencing "rampant delays" and "staff shortages" due to WHO restrictions and regional strict minimum health protocols.

    I would swallowed that justification if i didn't had received an order from China more fast than your items from Europe warehouse!

    I'm still trying since 1 December to find out if you've got the right delivery address the email I got yesterday still shows the wrong address could you please confirm what address you have and give me a chance to make sure you get the right address
