Can I request to change an item to a different one?

If you wish to replace items in your order, you need to contact us via Live Chat for faster transaction. This is to make sure we check the status of your order in real-time. Orders that are already packed and ready to ship, can't be modified. 

If one of our Customer Service Representatives informs you that your items are okay to replace, please provide us the following: 

  1. Product ID and the quantity of the item you would like to cancel;
  2. Product ID and the quantity of the item you would like to add. 

We will manually modify orders for valid requests. 

*Simply contacting us does not constitute an agreement nor does it mean we can act upon your request. We do not accept liability for requests which are not received or read after the order has been invoiced. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we can NOT make any changes or stop the order.
