My order has no tracking information. What should I do?

If you parcel has no tracking number after it is posted, you may contact us on live chat (recommended) or send us a ticket for further assistance. However, if you have a tracking number but there is no tracking status or information, there might only be a delay in updating the tracking details. This will not affect your parcel's transit time.

*In case the tracking status is not updated, you haven't received your parcel yet and it exceeds transit time, you may contact us on live chat (recommended) or send us a ticket so we could open a parcel investigation for you.
