We can only refund Bonus Points to your PayPal or credit card account if you meet the following conditions:
- You haven't used your bonus points yet;
- You have sufficient transaction we can use for your refund (example: you have 10 bonus points in your account, and you recently have 10USD order, we can use this order to refund your payment equivalent to bonus points you have, which is 10BP for 10USD).
Once confirmed, we will manually deduct your bonus points and request a refund to your PayPal or credit card account. Please take note that we will use your payment details related to your most recent purchase. Other account details request (payment type not used in your hobbyking purchase) will not be processed.
