Orders not collected in the warehouse after 14 days by customers will be canceled. If you wish to set a specific date to collect your parcel, please contact us so we can arrange your pick up schedule.
- Orders arranged for pick up on a certain date will not be canceled;
- After you have arranged the pick-up schedule and you failed to pick up your order, we will contact you again. If we did not hear from you within 14 days, your order will be canceled. We will issue the amount you paid into your bonus points.
