Orders not collected in warehouse after 14 days by customers will be cancelled. If you wish to set a specific date to collect your parcel, please contact us so we can arrange your pick up schedule.
- Orders arranged for pick up in a certain date will not be cancelled;
- After you have arranged the pick up schedule and you failed to pick up your order, we will contact you again. If we did not hear from you within 14 days, your order will be cancelled. We will issue the amount you paid into your bonus points.
