Completing and submitting Claim/ Return form is necessary for recording every warranty claim we receive. This will help us improve our service and customer satisfaction. Submitting Claim/ Return form does not mean you will be required to return the item to warehouse. Your item has to go through initial evaluation (submitting photos and videos first to show how the item is faulty); if the initial evaluation is not enough to justify the defect of the item, we may or may not require to send the item back to warehouse for further inspection.
