For delayed orders shipped via Malaysia Post, if you have not received your parcels after 39 calendars days from the posted date. Please do the following:
1) Check the delivery status of your parcel using your tracking number at the following tracking site below:
2) Contact your local post office or customs as your parcel might have been there waiting for you to claim;
3) If you received no update by tracking your parcel delivery status and/or by contacting your local post office, please contact us. We will conduct a parcel investigation to track your parcel.
Malaysia Post had to conduct random parcel inspection within the last 3 months due to the issue filed to airlines that they are shipping dangerous goods without any required markings. This incident has contributed to delivery delays. We have disabled Malaysia Post shipping and future orders will not anymore be affected.
Please contact us immediately if you have not received your parcel after accomplishing steps above.
