What can we help you with?

I have not designed a product but I have a great idea I would like to share.

We are always interested in new ideas, while sharing an idea will generally not qualify you for royalties if there is something you have always wanted to see being offered by Hobbyking we would like to have your input. You might be invited to work with us as a beta tester and receive free samples during the development process!

This isn’t really a idea but something I would like to share with Hobbyking and Durafly. My local modelling club has come to love the Tundra Durafly plane and has brought the club closer together for the love of this model, in fact, there are about 18 members that now own a trusty Tundra, with one taking the model to a new height. Sir Bob, as we like to call him, has created the first ever IC Tundra! That’s right, he’s slapped an IC engine into one of you fantastic planes, oh my how she flys. Check her out here with this link https://youtu.be/sjTvZmFmpbs We hope you enjoy watching this Beautiful thing as much as we did making it. Thank you Hobbyking and Durafly for making such a Beautiful thing.
P.S. If you have a Grand Tundra knocking around, it would be a fantastic donation to our club.

    Many Thanks

Do you know what pin is the rssi pin on the quanum 2.4ghz receiver? The 2.4 is different from the 5.8. The 2.4 has alot more pins. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Trying to get this rssi tracker going. I think I found the pinout for the rfm. I just want to be positive. I need to pull the rssi from the quanums receivers so I can get an arduino to follow the signal with a pan tilt setup. I have the arduino code. I just need to know the rssi pin and it's voltage range. I think the voltage pin is on the left side of the module and goes from .7v at lowest rssi to 2.2v for the highest rssi. Any help would be greatly appreciated. A goggle module would mitigate this need. Unfortunately you dont make a goggle module. If you did it would destroy the furious 2.4ghz module. Because theirs doesn't accept audio. With the long range craze and the release of the new 2.4 setups it would be great. If you can help it would be amazing. Even if you just send me the datasheet for the rfm in the module.

It would also be helpful to know how your rssi is scaled. The 5.8ghz is 120-400. If we knew the scale for the 2.4 it would e very helpful.

The community would love a farshark module version of your 2.4ghz diversity receiver. Furiousfpv released a version and its awful. No audio and the rssi just wanders all over the place. We all love your ground station module, but its not convenient for just showing up and flying. If you make a goggle module it would outsell furious 10:1 if not more. If we had a goggle module we wouldn't need a tracker because we can turn our heads. With the long range craze and all the people rushing to fly wings we need a good 2.4 goggle module. Diversity with an oled screen. The firmware on your ground station is perfect. Only thing that would make it better is if it had an osd like the furious module. Do you think you can help us out in the community and get us in the air reliably with an amazing quanum v2 2.4ghz diversity fatshark module? Im happy to test it. I know many others would be as well.

    Thank you for your time.
