Only available if your order is still in 'Processing' status:
- You may contact us through our live chat to request cancellation of backorder items. After removing the backorder (BK) items, we will then ship the remaining available products out to you.
- Otherwise, you may choose to cancel the entire order for immediate store credit/money refund or choose to wait for the BK item to restock.
Be advised that once an order status is 'Complete', no changes can be made to it.
