Order Status

SINGLE WAREHOUSE SHIPMENT - order is coming from one warehouse. 

PROCESSING STATUS

- Order is being processed and will be shipped timely 

- Your order has been received and is being processed in the warehouse.

- If there is no BK (backorder/out of stock items) in your order, it will be shipped in a timely manner.

- For modification request, please contact our Customer Service Centre

- For cancellation request, click "Cancel Order" on the order Information page and all shipments will be cancelled upon "order cancellation confirmation". Unsuccessful cancellations means order is set for delivery.

 

COMPLETE STATUS

- Your order has been dispatched from warehouse.

- Tracking number is added under the 4 check marks as shown in the image. No Tracking number is sent to the email address you used to register a HobbyKing account

- You may apply for warranty returns for any product issues you may encounter with your order

 

MULTI-WAREHOUSE SHIPMENT - order is coming from multiple warehouse

PROCESSING STATUS

- Order is being processed and will be shipped timely.

- Order will be shipped by warehouse location separately.

- If there is no BK (backorder/out of stock items) in your order, it will be shipped in a timely manner.

- For modification request, please contact our Customer Service Centre

- For cancellation request, click "Cancel Order" on the order Information page and all shipments will be cancelled upon "order cancellation confirmation". Unsuccessful cancellations means order is set for delivery.

 

COMPLETE STATUS

- Order has been dispatched from warehouse.

- Tracking number is added under the 4 check marks as shown in the image.

- Tracking number is also sent to the email address you used to register a HobbyKing account.

- Order will be shipped from different originated warehouse separately.

- To check indvidual shipment under "Qty column", click VIEW ORDER, then click "TRACK YOUR ORDER" to check the order tracking status under specific warehouse.

- You may apply for warranty returns for any product issues you may encounter with your order

 

In any case order is in pending status upon payment is confirmed please kindly contact Customer support for assistance.
