Order Status (Single or Multi-Warehouse)

PROCESSING STATUS:

  • Your order has been received and is being processed by our system.

  • If there is no BK (backorder/out of stock) items in your order, it will be printed to the warehouse and shipped out as soon as possible.

  • For modification requests (ONLY possible during “Processing” status), please contact our Live Chat 

  • For cancellation requests, click on VIEW ORDER and select CANCEL ORDER on the Order Information page. All shipments will be cancelled upon "Order Cancellation Confirmation". Unsuccessful cancellation means order is set for delivery.


COMPLETE STATUS:

  • Your order has been dispatched from warehouse and cannot be canceled or modified.

  • To check the shipment status click on "TRACK ORDER" to see the tracking updates. For help with tracking information, please see Where to find my tracking#.

  • Once delivered, you may apply for warranty returns for any product issues you may encounter
    Please see our article on RMA Claims for instructions on how to file a claim.
  • Please click HERE for information on Shipping couriers and transit times.
