Additional Ticket Field for Product Questions

We added a ticket field to specify the SKU or product that are for inquiries. Kindly see the step by step process below:

1. Under Question Type, you choose Product Questions.

2. Select the specific category.

3. Add only one SKU or Product ID on this field. Multiple SKUs are not allowed. You may state the remaining SKUs on your email. Kindly put N/A if no specific SKU yet.

4. Once done, you may fill out other related fields and send the ticket.
