My package is not damaged but there is a damaged / faulty item in it. What should I do?

Please upload the following photos in the RMA form:

 

  1. Photo of the item with damage part/item

 

Once provided, our RMA Specialists will update your RMA status shortly for possible solution.

  1. Log in to your account;

3. Click MY ORDERS
