I requested to put my order on hold. How can I remove the hold?

We usually accept requests to place existing orders on hold while customers are deciding for the final items desired for purchase. However, this request may only be granted for orders still processing in our warehouse. Once your items are picked and packed in our warehouse, we can no longer place order/s on hold. 

If you have decided to continue with your order shipment, please contact us on LIVE CHAT to remove the order from being held.
