Shipment Notification

You will receive a Shipment Notification in your registered e-mail account inbox once parcel was dispatched from warehouses.

 

SINGLE WAREHOUSE SHIPMENT

- New interface has different layout but contains the same information: Shipping Address, Order Number, and Transit Time but NO tracking number will be displayed.

- Please visit the Order Information page to track the real time progress of the shipment.

 

MULTI-WAREHOUSE SHIPMENT

- A shipment notification will be sent to update the tracking numbers from different warehouses

- Shipping Method of both shipment notifications will appear as "Multi warehouse shipping"

- Please visit the Order Information page to track the real time progress of the shipment.

    When I did my order, I clearly input my shipping address... because it is DIFFERENT than my bill address...

    J'ai passé cette commande il y a 10 jours sur "mon compte" il est noté " achevé " mais il n'y a pas de suivi ..... ce qui est fort regrettable . Dans combien de jours puis-je espérer recevoir ma commande ?
    Ma dernière commande a été réceptionnée 5 à 6 jours après l'avoir passée !
