I Rejected My Order As It Appears Damaged. How Can I Receive A Refund Or Replacement?

To validate your claim, please upload a copy (photo) of the damage report claim from your local post office or the shipping company into your RMA. Once you have provided this, please notify our agents so that the warranty team can investigate and update your RMA status as quickly as possible.

If you did not take the photos, please keep your tracking number to monitor your package. We will let you know when package has reached our warehouse for a refund.
