    Hello HK team,is there anyone who is interested in me?
    I am writing for the third time that I have not received your shipment
    although GLS claims to have delivered.
    If there is no answer by Wednesday, then I will reclaim my money via PayPal.
    I hope now that something is happening in this matter.
    HK is known for its good service and it is therefore incomprehensible to me
    why just not being answered.
