- Your order has been received and is being processed by our system.
- If there is no BO (backorder/out of stock) items in your order, it will be printed to the warehouse and shipped out as soon as possible.
- For modification requests (ONLY possible during “Processing” status and if the order is NOT YET PRINTED), please contact our Live Chat
- One or more of your packages have been dispatched from the warehouses. Shipped parcels cannot be canceled or modified.
- Order will be shipped in multiple parcels, one from each warehouse.
- To check the shipment status click "TRACK ORDER" to see the tracking updates. For help with tracking information, please see where to find my tracking number.
- Once delivered, you may apply for warranty returns for any product issues you may encounter. Please see our article on RMA CLAIM for instructions on how to file a claim.
