Why is My Order Still Saying "Processing"?

Orders are packed and posted from 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. Provided your products are in stock & we are not experiencing unusually high order volumes, the package will be sent within 2 to 3 business days except for weekends. However, if you purchased an item that is on 'BACKORDER' your parcel will be held until that item has arrived in stock. The estimated time for replenishment of BACKORDER items is 30 days but has no guarantee. Hobbyking.com deals directly with factories, we do not buy from distributors, this keeps our price lower though it means stock can sometimes be out due to factories lengthy lead times. Please log into your account on the front page by clicking 'Your Account' at the top left. Here you will see your order status and any backordered items.

    3 weeks and still "processing" my order. The Item is not out of stock according to your web site and the excuse given to me on Monday via on line chat was the lack of an EORI number. That takes 10 minutes to issue in the UK so why 3 weeks in Holland. Another member of the same club ordering the same item got a different excuse for his delay. This is appalling service. PS - just checked again and now it is showing as "out of stock".

    I received a message in the mail: "According to your request, we have modified your order 102755508 to take the following action:". Question - Cancel? The answer is - in no case, send the order. The delivery address in the account indicated in English. Thanks.
