cannot register in forums- I get "404" page not found when clicking Register

What the title says. I am unable to register in the forum area. I've been trying for a couple weeks. Wach time I click on 'Register' or 'Login' I get a 404 page not found error.

HK are shit scared of people shit canning the new web site, so they have closed the forum.
