Warehouse issues

What is going on with your website? I am trying to order a battery pack but it is not available from the  "EU" warehouse, but the option of changing that warehouse does NOT exist despite several hours wasted attempting to locate an option. Hong Kong is, apparently, out but no selection is available. Should I start developing my own battery replacements and make them available against your products? Call if you have any idea of what you are trying to achieve.
