MiniFabrikator V2 - Missed line detected - correcting buffer usage

Hello !

I got my new MiniFabrikator V2. While leveling the bed i used the "manual control" in RepetierHost V1.6 to move the extruder. Each movement with the buttons causes the error "missed line detected - correcting buffer usage". This error also appears as first log event after connecting to the printer. 

Windows installed the Malyan driver automatically. i also try to install the driver from mylyan wiki manually, on a second computer. Tried to set COMspeed to 115200 as recommanded in the manual and also tried 250000. Same errors with version 2.01 of RepetierHost.The warning is show'n anyway.

Don't know the impact when printing.Is this behavior usual ?
How to solve the problem ?
