Customer Service

I placed an order last June, one item was local and another from oversees. When I went to check out the shipping came up and I paid it. I received half my order in a matter of days, the second one never shipped. 

Apparently there was a "glitch" in Hobbyking system. 6 month later I decided to follow up when  I was told that I needed to pay an additional shipping fee, not good customer service.

If Hobbyking has a glitch they should not expect their customers to have to remedy it.

I told Hobbyking they could keep my $6.76 and that I would no longer order from them. I hope it was worth it to you guys!
