The USPS did not recieve a package to ship, but HobbyKing wants me to wait for it to arrive.. what do people smoke in Oregon?

The tracking on my package shows they are awaiting receipt of the package.  I contacted the shipper (USPS) and they got back within a day, confirming they received nothing or it would be scanned into their tracking system, and that it is impossible to ship things not scanned in the tracking system. I shared all this info with HK, whose response was to wait for the package to arrive? What?  After it finally does not arrive, they will "open an investigation"?  I already provided documentation from their shipper, and they are always free to contact them... what is there to investigate? This is bizarre, I really hope they can pull their customer service act together.
