y-11 cowing replacement part

I ordered a fuselage for the Yak-11 warbird thinking the cowing was attached as showen in the picture SKU9447000029-0 for $126.00. When it arrived no cowing and the rear windscreen was not attached. I'm very upset with this order! I really only needed the cowing but chose to pay for the fuse just to get the part  wanted. The SKU for the cowing is SKU9447000052-0 as showen on the web page.

On the HobbyKing web page it shows the cowing and listed it as "out of stock." Is it ever going to be sold again? If so I don't mind waiting for a replacement part. But I hate to see a $400.00 model sit on the shelf just due to one part not being available!
