I am thinking cancel 20009576980

Hi I have pending 20009576980 delivered a total of 314.82 dollars in which it is included sending 77 dollars package. After a long wait I just got word of adtpostales I have retained the order. I sent the document and want to charge me 77euros ... I'm talking to the lawyer to know how I should act as I want to charge 21% of 314.82 dollars, including delivery and order that amount will add shipping charges again. On the other hand open the package and can miss things the order lost or stolen oblivion. For reasons're tardy and costs involved me receiving this package, I'm thinking since I cancel an increase of almost 50% of the order value.
