Big delay

I never recive that two orders. I ordered products at 5/20/2014, Order number is 2009289956 and the TRK# RC006682877MY. and the oder command in date 5/21/2014, Order number is 2009297185 and the TRK# RC006699775MYWhy this big delay?.

I also have delay to ship my order for TWO! Months till payment completed, HK is not answering me thrue the support center. Thats wery rude to me as im the platinum member and made many orders. Worst experience ever!
