Why charge EMS and use cheaper postal service?

Order ;2009805126 .received EMS tracking numbers EQ304819054SG with non event after 2 days. Then surprisingly received another, but its Aus Express Chn service tracking number 4 days later,stating order might take up to 45 days.
This practice without customer consent is fraudulent. You charge a premium service ,use the lesser and keep the change ? Bet I'm not the first or the last. Years of support from countless loyal customers ( most will be ex-customers ) to build HK to the giant it is today. And as gratitude, use fraudulent methods to make more out of them.
It can't be excused as simple glitch or human error. The emails and the altered tracking numbers shows a calculated action.
Shame ,shame shame.
And the suckers can't do a thing as they have all bases covered.
