Why is South Africa singled out as a problem for parcel deliveries

I've lived in South Africa all my life Why are our parcels written off even before they are despatched by HK We always got all our mail and parcels from our friends and relations as well as hobby equipment etc. from the US and UK without a problem Time China wakes up South Africa isn't the problem they need to have a closer look at their systems Were tired of always having fingers pointed at our country were a very capable nation with great people doing a fantastic job GIVE US A BREAK ......you guys have even decided were good enough to have a FAW truck plant in Port Elizabeth trust all your CKD components get delivered on time
