FollowPoor customer responce to slow shipping is costing you customers
I have 3 shipment now that are over 60 days delivery and still not arrived.
So I made inquires to find out what the status was.
Hobby king's automated responses were not helpful.
Ways to track that were suggested do not work.
So I have stopped purchasing from Hobby king until I see how this will work out.
Management needs to clean up the order inquiry system Hobby King.
It is costing you customer orders.
