I´,m your platinum member and I ordered products at 7/09/2014 and 7/07/2014 and I´m still wating to receive this itens. Why this big delay?. The code of the orders are: 2009591541 (with tracking number RC009600832MY) and 2009612115 (with tracking number RC009614615MY).
