MY ORDER NO. 2009375331 NO DELIVERED YET SINCE 03 OF JUNE

I have contact HK several times. I get always same answer. "I have to wait". "We cannot do anything else".

Anyone knows where to complain to get our money back? I don´t think we feel satisfied with the deal they are making.
