Parcel did not arrive after 3 months

Parcel order no:2009368010 , Tracking no:RC007231701MY did not arrive after 3 months.It was posted 17.06 2014 according to HK. It was then shipped 04 06 2014 and departure 13 07 2014. According to what I can find out it is still in transit.
Could you please investigate.
