Battery wire is out

I bought Turnigy Nanotech 2S 300mah for my car. When I receive product I have not notice that 1 black wire was undetached. It is not full whether how much I charge it. For couple how the battery is swollen. I bring it to electronic shop. He fixed it but it is too late. Can I claim this defect battery?
