Backorder....
When we tried to order on the European Warehouse, it wasn't possible due to items being on backorder, however, the order was allowed on the international warehouse, which costs us more money, tax and carriage, but we still have to wait - please explain how you want to compensate us against the European costs? As there is no advantage on ordering international.
