These items were ordered and paid for $107.37AUD on the 14/7/2014. You have not sent the order and do not acknowledge my payment. I now do not require this order and request refund to PayPal at your earliest convenience. I am most disappointed in the way you have handled my enquiries, you have just fobbed me off until the PayPal dispute date has passed. You were recommended by a flying club and I will not be passing any positive feedback to anyone I meed unless this order is refunded. I just don't believe how your company operates, disgusting and no personal contact...yuk, you suck.
