unable to place orders

I would like to order the following items:
WG044-00107 x 1
WG044-00113 x 1
D2217-8-1100 x 1
TR_P40A x 1
T1500.3S.25C x 2

but found that some of the stock were located if different warehouse which I cannot place them under one order.

Also, I am not sure if I can request to deliver them to your warehouse at Shatin, Hong Kong.

Please help to advice how can I place the order, thanks.
