Order not arrived

Order number 2009882112 was shipped from the UK warehouse on 26/8/14 and has not arrived I chose the 48 hour delivery option. Your email said it could take up to 5 days. What I believe is the tracking number is: TRK#: TH2948013 but I don't know what delivery company you use. Is it parcel force?
Where is my package?
I entered feature requests as there is no other option available.
