item not trackable order ID. 2009877102

I can not find the tracking Number you sent me for my order ID. 2009877102.

the tracking Number is RQ223337220SG. Ican not find it in Singapore post as I did for my last order. It was supposed to be shipped on 1st of September.
What happened ? Did you ship the item ? If yes with which post ?
