Delivery time order 2009870694. LATE AGAIN!!!

Dear CS of HK.
Please check the order 2009870694 from 2014 Aug. 21. The Status was available for ALL items. The items are NOT on the way to me.
Please check and send asap to me. If not I'll do the Claim by PayPal again - like last time.
