"Russian Direct Entry" problem

What the post service in Russia (Moscow) work with "Russian Direct Entry" ?
My track ID is CD314398064SE has status "Temporary absence of the adressee", but courier has not called me. Pony Express didn't work with "Russian direct entry", and can't help me. I want pick up my parcel from our post office. In Russia courier service didn't work, or work extremely bad.
