How does anyone get any sense or service from Hobby King ????

Every order I place they stuff it up last order my name and order number on label packer placed on wrong box Huge box 1050x500 heaps of item sent back at my expense and time still waiting original order. Brought another order international long wait got email saying sent 4 ticks in box. Now told still at ware house All you get out of these people sorry/ just wait / they are shit to deal with
