ORDER TAKING LONG TO SHIPP!!!

my order number is : 20010000667 was paid on the 9th of sept and the order hasnt even been shipped out yet.
No items were back ordered, so i dont see why it shouldnt have gotten posted.
Also, im a platinum member and i notice alot of platinum members get discounts from time to time and sometimes more then other.
Iv been a member for quiet sometime, and have not even gotten a single freebee!!
Is it just me ??
