Already I communicated about order 2009355017, of 30 of May 2014, that don't arrive until today, and opened an investigation: Investigation Opened Date: 08/19/2014
It happens that I'm in need of the product and have no solution yet.
Please comply with yours obligations and sending the product.
If the product lost, arrive, I'll pay for it, too.
