Shipment and Payment of Back Order Items with Normal Ones

I've ordered one GeeBee R3 1400mm EPO PNF, one GeeBee R3 750mm EPO PNF and one MiniMOA 2000mm EPO PNF in last week. But the 1400mm GeeBee is in back order.
My first question is: will the other two be reserved and shipped together later with the 1400mm GeeBee, or separately?
And secondly, I'm going to pay via credit card, will the payment processed now or pending until the back order one arrives and is shipped out?
Last question, is there any other more cost-effective shipping rather than DHL?
