Looks like the live chat isn't always available here in the US. Not sure what times, but I only see it occasionally early in the morning here on the east coast.

No Live Chat button, can't contact anyone to cancel my unpaid order.
I need to cancel an unpaid order. I made another order after attempting to complete the first order and I was unsuccessful. I do not know if this order is impeding my other order, regardless it needs to be cancelled.
