Paid for order, but cannot find it - no notice of shipment.

I have paid $51.72 (through paypal - with confirmation, and the money has been withdrawn from my checking account) on 28 Sep 2014, and now I have received no confirmation of shipment - what is the status of my order (#20010114437)?
