FollowDate order placed on documentation
Why doesn't HK show the date an order was placed/accepted on the customer's online copy? In fact it should appear on all copies of all documentation. This would be a very simple thing to do. It would make finding the correct order to review for a particular item much easier, especially when several orders are involved. Without the date, I don't know where to start so must pull up one, read thru all the items and move to the next, then the next etc. -- very cumbersome at times.
Also, I'm used to receiving Packing Slips with my orders, from every other vendor I've done business with. Why doesn't HK provide this, so I don't have to get to a computer, go online, go to HK website, log in, FIND the applicable order (see above), and check off the items of my order. Very VERY cumbersome!!
And again, a very simple task to provide better service for your customers.
